If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product, at your expense, and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Returned items must be in their original packaging, plus shipping carton and in unused condition. Please keep the receipt.
Special orders and custom orders are non-returnable.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it with a valid receipt. All returns need to be authorized and is at the expense of the buyer. All returns must be properly packaged in the original packaging with Return Goods Authorization number noted on the packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee on all merchandise. Refunds will be credited (less restocking fee) within 30 days or returned merchandise, if received in resalable condition.

All orders are custom made and will be shipped the next business day after completion of the SHAADS product. You will be notified promptly if there is an exception. Estimated ground delivery is 7-10 business days depending on location. Expedited shipping is available.
Orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.
We accept all major credit cards. Cashier’s checks, personal checks and money orders must be mailed to our office before your order can be started. All orders paid by check will require a holding period of 5-7 days for your check to clear before the order will be put into production.
In compliance with state tax laws, we are required to charge state sales tax.
