SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are custom made and will ship the next business day following completion of order.  You will be notified promptly if there is an exception.  Estimated ground delivery is 7-10 business days depending on location.  Expedited shipping is available if preferred. Orders are shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards.  Cashier's checks, personal checks and money orders  must be mailed to our office before your order can be started. All orders paid by check or money orders will require a holding period of 5-7 days for your check to clear before the order is processed. Orders will start after receipt of payment.

SALES TAX

In compliance with state tax laws, we are required to charge state sales tax

RETURN POLICY

Please check your package within two days of receiving it for possible shipping damage. If damaged by shipping, please take photos notify us within the 2 days of receipt of package to issue a return according to UPS Policy. We will request you send us the photos to "orders@shaads.com" with any notes you may want to be included. Shortly we will be in touch with you on your next move. Return policy is for shipping damage only, orders are custom made.
